How long does international shipping take?
Once the packages are dispatched from here (near New York) they usually make it to their destination within 1-2 weeks.

Do I have to pay customs?
Generally speaking books are tax free. Most of our customers do not have to pay duty on books that we send. However, it depends on the country that we are sending to and we cannot assume any responsibility. Please contact your local customs department for further details.

How long does the order processing take?
From giving you a quote until you receive the book it normally takes 3 weeks. Please let us know if it is urgent (surcharges may apply).

What if I don't like the book?
Returns are possible within 10 days of receipt. Please contact us first. You will be responsible for return shipping cost to either our Swiss or US return address. Please note that "changed my mind" returns are not possible.
